To get the most out of your snowy family getaway experience in La Jacques-Cartier, Entourage sur-le-Lac<\/a> is where you should drop your bags. Scenically located on the shores of Lac Beauport, the resort combines comfort and luxury in a spectacular setting. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our favourite part is the wide array of activities available right at the resort. The hotel has direct access to the popular 2.45 km ice-skating rink, right on the lake. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

There\u2019s no need to bring your own equipment: Entourage provides everything you need (a major plus!). You can also use the resort\u2019s fat bikes, snow scooters and snowshoes, free of charge, to explore the area. There\u2019s also a calendar of activities, including yoga and meditation classes, and a special program for kids during spring break.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the facilities, we really enjoyed the game room, the massive gym and the outdoor hot tub. Don\u2019t miss a stop at L\u2019\u00eelot Rep\u00e8re gourmand restaurant<\/a>, located right at the hotel, which offers a comforting and varied menu showcasing fresh, local ingredients. Whether you\u2019re staying at the resort or just passing through the region, it\u2019s the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal after a day of outdoor activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sommet Bistro Pub at the Centre r\u00e9cr\u00e9otouristique des Hautes Terres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Head to the Sommet Bistro Pub<\/a>, located right at the recreation centre\u2014the perfect place to wind down. Our meal was excellent\u2014 the onion soup and beef skirt steak quesadillas are absolutely delicious.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Centre de ski Le Relais<\/a> is an essential destination in La Jacques-Cartier region, especially during a snowy family getaway. Nearly everyone in the area has had their first ski experience right here. It was such a joy for us to (re)discover the mountain with the family! With its vibrant atmosphere and top-notch facilities, this is the place to go for an unforgettable ski outing, whether you\u2019re a young beginner or a seasoned pro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The thing that impressed us most is the variety of slopes! The runs are accessible and not too long\u2014perfect for kids. You end up back at the chairlift quickly, so their little legs can have a break. For skiers of all ages who love a challenge, is another essential stop. With well-designed obstacles and jumps for different levels, it\u2019s safe and perfect for hours of fun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Another highlight of Le Relais is the evening hours. The mountain is completely lit-up at night, so you can keep the fun going long after the sun has set.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
