Your kids will feel like they\u2019re on a road trip as you head to the Parc du Mont Wright, even though it\u2019s just 30 minutes away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are 6.5 km of trails to explore. As you hike, you can learn more about the park, which is home to one of the last remaining examples of old-growth forest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your trek up the mountain will take you to a splendid lookout, where you can enjoy the breathtaking scenery and the look of pride on your children\u2019s faces at their successful climb. Bonus: your faithful four-legged friend can join you!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Marais du Nord offers 8 km of easy trails dotted with virtual educational panels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The hike is accessible for all ages and sprinkled with fun surprises! If you\u2019re lucky, you might spot an osprey, a great blue heron, a muskrat, or one of the 160 bird species that call the marsh home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a good spot to be active with your kids while helping them discover the area\u2019s natural beauty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boucle trail<\/em><\/strong><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

See the Stoneham Mountain Resort through fresh eyes by hiking the trails that begin at the foot of the slopes. Many incredible views await.<\/p>\n\n\n

For families, there are plenty of activities to discover, including geocaching, to make your outing more exciting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you\u2019re out and about with your little ones, we recommend the following trails: the Tourbi\u00e8re (2.9 km)\u2014which is also dog-friendly\u2014and the Cascades (4 km), where you can soak in sights and sounds of the nearby creek and waterfalls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
