The Learning Zone and the bunny hill are specially designed for beginners. These safe, well-adapted areas are perfect for getting your ski legs or fine-tuning your technique at your own pace. Passionate, experienced instructors are on hand to guide you and teach you the basics of skiing in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

To truly experience winter, you need to be well equipped. That’s why both resorts offer high-quality equipment rentals. You can rent skis, snowboards, boots, and everything else you need for the perfect skiing experience, so you don’t have to bring your own.

Le Relais ski centre boasts 33 trails, 5 glades, 3 snow parks, and exceptional snow conditions. The (free!!) Learning Zone is perfect for beginners to learn how to glide properly and practise balance, mobility, and speed, which are essential for flying down the slopes confidently and safely. Ski rentals and lessons can be booked on site.

Truly experiencing winter at Stoneham Mountain Resort – The highest mountain in the area

Fun awaits at Station touristique Stoneham, with 43 trails spread across 3 slopes. Its 3.2-kilometre trail is the longest in the region, and its 593-metre altitude and 345-metre vertical drop will satisfy even the most advanced snow sports enthusiasts. In fact, half of the trails are rated black, meaning difficult.

For those who prefer terrain parks, there’s plenty on offer: 3 park zones (XL, slopestyle) and a 6.7-metre-high Olympic halfpipe are open 7 days a week. If you’re a fan of jumps and aerial tricks, these zones are sure to delight!

Alpine touring: a growing trend

Both resorts have alpine touring trails for those who prefer to get to the top under their own steam. You must have your own equipment.
